Is this app for both iOS and Android?

Currently, only iOS is supported. But we hope to port it to Android too if there is enough demand.

Is this app truly subscription free?

Yes, this app is completely subscription free. We don't believe taking care of yourself or getting encouraged to do so should require a subscription. There will be a free trial to let you try it and see if it is for you. Then it will be a one time purchase.

Who is this app for?

Whether you are a seasoned gym goer, a fitness content creator, a parent with little time, someone who just needs a little push, a personal trainer who wants to help their clients, or someone who just wants a simple way to keep track of their exercises and workouts. This app has something for you.

What kind of workouts does this app support?

It supports your regular "Do X for Y reps/seconds, Z times" workouts. It also supports the "deck of cards" workouts where 4 exercises are mapped to suits of a deck and the reps are the value of the card. Unlike most apps though, this app can be used for calisthenics, weight lifting, boxing, even stretches. It's meant to let you workout and move your way.

Is this app ADHD friendly?

This app has been designed with ADHD users in mind. The app avoids streak pressure, annoying notifications, and supports quick random workout generation to reduce decision fatigue. It ships with a pre-populated list of exercises and workouts to help you get started quickly. But you can clear out the built in data if it isn't helpful or is overwhelming. You can restore the data at any time if you would like.

Does the app support images/videos?

We wish it did, but the app does not support images or videos at this time. Simply a description of the exercise. This is due to not being able to support reviewing and auditing the images in case people try to abuse the share functionality. We did not want to require people to sign up for an account and we wanted them to be able to share workouts easily and supporting images/videos while doing that isn't feasible at this time.
